Who: I'm Will; the company I work for manufactures parts for aircraft engines

When: 1k in September (all in coach, non refundable tickets) - first FF programme, I've always flitted around prior

How: I use LHR as my base. Despite the 3 hour drive ;I dislike MAN and BHX

Where: Normally one North American trip per month, with a couple into Europe - typically on the road 18/20 nights per month.

DUS, FRA, TXL, MUC, ZRH yip mostly Germany when I use Star Alliance

LAX, ORD, IAD, ONT, PHX, DTW, GSP, PHL, DEN, SFO, BDL, EWR typical US

Why: Mostly for business, however used my miles for vacation time in SFO and HNL this year

What: As long as I avoid MAN (and US airways), then I fully expect to fly 150K+ BIS on United in 2010. Just wish it was easier to get "award travel" inter Europe - would make vacation time much easier!

Enjoyed getting "things for free" through loyalty, whilst being looked after by great cabin crew...eg 40,000 miles for RCC membership, but I get 25,000 back for 175K EQM

Further objectives for 2010 are to pick a hotel programme and a better solution for my "non Star" European travel
