Pretty Traditional (apart from the drink)....

Pelorus Sparkling wine as a toast

King Prawn and smoked salmon with garnish

Roast Turkey
Roast Potatoes
Cumberland sausage and bacon
2 types of stuffing
Carrots, Broccoli, Peas, honey roasted Parsnip, Sprouts
Gravy (homemade and bisto)
Port soaked cranberries

Christmas Pudd (or Eton Mess for those of us who don't like Christmas pudd)

Selection of cheeses - Shropshire Blue Cheese / Stilton / Brie with crackers and biscuits

Drinks - Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc / Lindauer Special reserve (imo (and others) a bargain sparkling wine that beats most of the non vintage champagnes

There then followed much noshing on sweeties, chocolates and glugging Belgian Beers,Talisker whisky and yet more NZ wine

Ending the night with a family tradition of late night cold turkey, pickles and chips (fries to the rest of the world)

Oh well, 364 days to lose the weight gained in one day....
