Tried to get to China White last year by calling the same evening the Centurion number in Switzerland.
The told me that I had to have 12-24 hours notice to get a table but that Cent members are welcome....

For the restaurants in London 12-24 hours was always needed for a good table...

Usually in the US, I call the (Swiss) toll free Centurion number and they get reservations in club or restaurant for me.
It worked almost always.
