Can you combine Continental OnePass Miles & United Mileage Plus Miles somehow?
Hi,

I have ~33,000 Mileage Plus miles with united and ~25,000 OnePass miles with Continental. Is there any way I can book through the Star Alliance, somehow combining these miles?
