An "Eligible Rate" is any hotel published room rate, including, but not limited to, rates found on Hyatt websites.
So not All rates booked at Hyatt.com are eligible if they are not published rates eg. government rates and travel agent rates are ineligible.
An event/meeting rate may be ineligible becasue it's not published. But if you find it at hyatt.com without entering any code, it has to be eligible.

How do you know it wasn't eligible then? I believe all rates available on the hyatt website are eligible, maybe it just hasn't posted yet - it can sometimes take a few days.
