I have originally purchased a ticket from SIN-TPE-SIN and made payment by Credit Card "A". Thereafter, I changed the routing to SIN-NRT-SIN and topped up the difference in fare by charging it to Credit Card "B".

Due to some unforeseen change in the travel plans, I will not be able to travel as per scheduled and have to cancel my ticket. For the refund, will it be made partially to Credit Card "A" and "B" or all refund (less charges) to Credit Card "B"? Any one has any experience in this? Thanks.
