The QP and J lounges are outsourced to R.A (Restaurant Associates), part of the Compass Group, who provide all the services in the lounges.
Compass Group are known in the industry as been pretty stingy, guess that explains why the food choices haven't changed in years, or because QF has a contract with R.A. to provide this and this and this, and that's all R.A. have to do.
