OK. AA's site is vague, and BAA still says that LHR allows more than one bag IF the airline allows it.

So, is AA allowing a personal item, still, or is it one bag and only one bag out of Heathrow to the USA? if only one bag, is AA charging for what normally would have been a carry-on bag??
