They are not shown online, you have 2 upgrades available for the following 365 days after your status starts. Its not for every calender year and you can check how many of them you used through TK call center.

Upgrading is abit tricky though; even they state you can use it for paid ticket only, i could use it for award tickets as well. But they have an upgrade class which is always full, so you need to upgrade weeks prior to ur flight of course depending on the route since flights to far east are always packed. If your flight is on a packed route, its more likely that you will be upgraded anyway to open up space in the economy cabin. I always fly to Shanghai, HK or BKK but could never use an upgrade last 10 months being told the upgrade class is full. However, i had complimentary upgrades because these routes are always overbooked.

Please keep in mind, that, sending mail to TK and expecting a reply is.. well, i dont have a word for it. should say greatly optimistic.
