Richard, Thanks for your post and sorry for starting another thread. From your post on the other thread you indicate the account number field only contains three digits! I find it hard to believe that amex would limit themselves to 999 account numbers!
<<You should be able to cahnge your billing cycle date.
The only issue is that it will give you a new account number as the billing cycle forms part of your card number.

a = Country code and card type, eg 3742 for UK AmEx Charge Cards
b = AmEx product code, eg 88 for Centurion in the UK
c = Billing Cycle
d = Account Number
e = Card issue number, starts at one and increments with each subsequent card
f = Position on account, eg. Uk Plat can have additional cards, the main card will be 00, AC card will be 01 and then the supps will be 02, 03 etc
g = Check Digit to maake the other 14 numbers valid when a validation rule is used against it.
