The 235K award mentioned by Bookexp gives you 120K miles on Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, America West, American Airlines, British Airways, Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Mexicana, Northwest, United Air Lines, US Airways, or Varig Brasil.

Not without getting hosed in the process. The transfer rate is terrible. But something else you may want to look at: is most of your Amex MR charging 1 point/$, or are you taking serious advantage of promos and the always-double-miles feature? If the vast majority of your spending is 1:1, you may want to look at getting the Starwood Amex which will help you get AA miles at a 25% bonus (assuming you don't already have one).
