I contacted Citi UK and they offered me free SEPA transfers from my Euro account despite the 10 GBP fee shown on their website.
Now, they mentioned that not all banks in the Euro zone participate in SEPA and, obviously, I gave them the SWIFT/BIC for the Amex IEC and they said they do not participate in SEPA. What??

Can you do me a favor Markonen and check if it's correct? Like, would your bank let you make a SEPA transfer to the bank Amex uses in Germany?
