No, not stupid as there are a great many indications that this is a US site. However the BA forum is quite British, the AF and KL forums are multi-cultural and the LH forum has a lot of Deutchelanders. You may find Aussies in the QF forum and the France forum has a special French language thread, etc. Flyertalk is global, even if it leans heavily in favor of the US.
