Tried a quick search to no avail, but wondered if anyone knew whether you can still book open jaw upgrades with OnBusiness points? Definitely used to be able to do this, but on looking at the T&C this afternoon, I spotted the following:

Looking at trying to book an upgrade from Premium Economy to Club, into PHX, out of ORD. Could of course call BA, but best to do that armed with info!
