Question about ELITE PLUS free Upgrade

Peoples who are hold the ELITE PLUS Level, becoming two free Upgrades every year

1. Where are the two free Upgrades shown? My wife is ELITE PLUS Member, but we can not see anything about the free Upgrades in the Online Account?

2. Is it true, that the Upgrades could used for any TK Economy Booking Classes to upgrade it? (Instead of the Conditions by using Miles for an Upgrade, where some cheap Booking Classes are not possible for a Upgrade)

3.How are the Experiences, by using the free Upgrades on TK?

It would be nice, if someone could give me some Informations, because i get no respond on my Emails written to Turkish Airlines and the Customer Hotline seems not undertand my Things.
