A lot of folks have their 100K posted. My husband's statement was closed on 12/22 and the last charge to make the $2K was posted on 12/19. Despite there was a weekend before statement closing date, he received all his miles on his first statement. BA account reflected the miles 2 days later.
My own card statement date was 12/23. I am $200 short of the $2K because a dental bill does not post on time. The first 50K is on my statement and today in my BA account.

By the data points reported so far, I strongly believe the Bonus Miles are batch-processed. It seems if your statement date has missed one batch processing, it would not be processed at the next batch, but need to wait till NEXT statement. Otherwise I fail to understand how some folks' miles are posted very timely while some folks' are missing. However for those whose bonuses were missing on their statements, it seems all received POSITIVE confirmations via secure emails that the missing bonuses would post on January statement.

Secure email may be a better option than calling. The reps who man the secured emails tend to do more thorough research. On top of that you also have a written records of your request and their replies.

I agree with SanDiego1K about the angst of the OP whose data point is the FIRST negative answer reported on this offer. He should really use the secured email to clarify the matter rather than calling it a "bait and switch".
