called Westjet Christmas Day just after midnight! NO wait!!!!! I nearly fell off my chair! Westjet rep made loads of excuses, but don't they get it customers are not going to wait for hours and hours, they will go elsewhere!!!
Maybe they should try doing something for the customer (some perk to keep us)?
