Don't worry. I'm sure DHS will rise to the challenge & insure that Santa and his reindeer are properly screened before allowing them into the US.
I trust DHS for the foreign arrival part. But will TSA be involved in any screening of Santa's flights within the US? That could be a very bad thing.
