In the below, I'm assuming you are talking about coach seating.
1) My guess is that the 744's won't be changed by March 2010 - just a guess. Didn't they only just decide to undertake the project? In coach, it's a tight fit with 3-4-3 seating. Business is very nice on this aircraft.
2) I really like coach on the 330's. IFE in every seat. Up to 33" pitch, plus 110 volt power, in rows 10-28.
3) According to nwa.com (click on View Seatmap), this is a 76L, which seatguru.com calls a 767-300ER Version 1. Not a 764.
