LAX-NRT on the 744 and PDX-NRT on the 767-300 will both just have overhead monitors by March 2010. SEA-NRT on the A330 will have AVOD in all seats, plus AC power in the first 10-15 rows of coach.

Since you're in coach, I'd take the LAX-SEA-NRT option.
