Yes, same PNR. Is this published anywhere ?? I ask because ba.com says :-

"Benefit from an additional baggage allowance - You are entitled as a Gold member to receive a two piece free checked baggage allowance on all flights when you travel in World Traveller, Euro Traveller and UK Domestic."

No mention of fellow pax.

Whereas, somewhere (unhelpfully not on the relevant page which desribes BA Gold perks), it does say specifically that all pax on the same PNR can share the Gold seating pre-selection benefits.
