Cancelling half of a WN RR award ticket. Online or on the phone?
Booked a couple RTs with RR award tickets. Neglected to do them as one-ways. Now I see a great rate on the outbound portion, but not the return.

Is it best to cancel the one-ways on the phone with Customer Service? Thanks.
