I just booked a 7 night stay in SYD in mid FEB as I saw rates have increased lately. I used the 25% off VISA promo which allows me to cancel with 3 days notice. It is unlikely that I will stay in SYD for a week and I will cancel some nights later when my schedule is fixed. Would I be allowed to cancel e.g. the first 2-3 nights of my stay without recalc. of the rate for the remaining nights? The rate will most likely be higher when I cancel and I would hate if I have to pay the higher rate just because I cancel a couple of days. Does it make any difference whether I cancel the first or the last nights of my stay (always provided of course that I cancel at least 3 days in advance)
