[AF] lost baggage and FB
The proverbial efficiency of CDG and AF/KL stroke again. My 2 piece of luggage went lost at CDG during my connection and after 2 days no idea when I'll get them (they have been traced in Paris together with an 8,000 other lost luggages) and they do not have any info on when they will reach my destination. I am visiting my family with almost no clothes.
Is there anything FB can do or this is going to be dealt by AF/KL? Last summer, KL lost a piece of luggage, that I received after 2 weeks, and did not get any answer after submitting my formal claim at Crown Lounge in Schipol.
Sooo happy about my decision of switching to CO/*A.
I am just concerned about how many times they will lose my luggage while traveling on award to get rid of my existing miles...
