I hear what you are saying, but... I don't get it. Maybe it's just me but this year I spent a lot of money at my corner Chevron, not a thank you from them. Haven't heard a thing from the power company. My cell phone company has yet to send me anything for my loyalty. Mortgage company, zip. I spent a lot of money at Safeway this year, why don't they send me cookies, they have a shelf full of them?
I think Alaska Airlines goes above and beyond most companies in letting their loyal customers know just how grateful they are for their business.
