I have an IDC as well and I was able to set up payments for that card from my Citi US account. I tried to do the same thing with the Euro card and no luck. It is recognized as an international card and, as I understand, online bill pay is a form of an ACH transfer, which is only allowed within the US. The IDC, even though issued in the UK, is virtually a US card, just serviced from overseas, therefore online bill pay treats it as a US card.

You are also correct that my Euro card statements are sent from FL. I'm just old school and always thinking that a credit card co. is somehow gonna jip me with fees and/or negative credit reporting if they don't receive the payment by the due date.
