They didn't define for whom...they think it means the RM department and their bottom line.
Remember the models of demand inelasticity that seem to drive every decision that SM makes? Here's another doozy. It would bother me a lot more if I had paid itins on DL. Soon, even the most ardent defenders of DL will run out of room regarding SM.
