That's why I was asking. Unfortunately, I am well aware that it's no longer NW and that the new masters will set the rules, although technically by some statistics that I've seen, DTW doesn't look very different from ATL. DL has been trying to tell me that every one of their SCs will keep regular hours on the holidays. Can this possibly have been correct?
