We just booked our annual fishing trip up to Alaska in July and see on the AS website:
As a precaution due to the H1N1 (Swine Flu) Virus, pillows and blankets are not currently available onboard Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air flights. Please plan accordingly.
I presume this is only in Y and not F, or am I mistaken? UA has done away with pillows and blankets but they always have them in F. I haven't flown AS for about 2 years, but last time we did it was very enjoyable and the F service (both soft and hard product) was as good as any other carrier I have flown (domestic).
Also, it looks as though we could have WiFi on some of our flights by then. Any news on the status of the fleet upgrade 220 days from now?
