Ken, I checked my DC-MLCC documentation and could find no mention of Third Party Liability insurance, only the Collision, Loss and Damage Waiver (CDW) coverage. What they do have is Travel Accident Insurance which covers the driver($200K) and passengers($100K) of the vehicle rented with the DC.
