Sounds like a psychopath. Appears that they just wanted to sit together and concocted the whole thing so they can do so. A rational person would simply inform the pax next to the kids that they'd like to sit with their kids please? Lord

I think a calm explanation to the EXP desk might be in order - let us know if you get any compensation
