Adlon in Berlin isn't too bad. Great location next to the Brandenburg Gate.

Schloss Elmau in the South is also very good: http://www.schloss-elmau.de/
The Althoff Hotels are also quite nice: http://www.althoffhotels.com/
My favourite being the Seehotel Überfahrt on Tegernsee.
