Phone agents (2 so far) can't do anything, waiting again for one right now.
They don't always load award inventory at the earliest possible date- it's just that-
the earliest possible date. Sometimes it comes in later...sometimes it may never come if a popular date/destination. This is where a subscription to ExpertFlyer, and setting alerts, comes in handy.
