I couldn't find a thread on this here, or in NYC, so:
Rail service in/out of New York Penn Station is temporarily suspended due to Amtrak power problems in New York. Midtown Direct being diverted to Hoboken. PATH is cross-honoring at Newark Penn, Hoboken and 33rd Street. NJT Bus cross-honoring in/out of Port Authority Bus Terminal.

I've got a flight this afternoon and am considering PATH over the Port Authority solely due to my location in Manhattan. If I knew they were laying on a bunch of extra buses at the PA, I might go there.
Anyone know anything else?
