How flexible is your bank when you need to change (increase) credit limits?</font>
It is a very simple process. One phone call from my assistant (who is authorized to perform certain management functions on our account) is all it takes to raise, lower, or cancel an individual employee's charging privileges, and if Amex offered a similar service I would issue Amex Gold or Blue cards to all my employees. I can't believe that other small companies would not benefit from the same service, so I don't understand why Amex is so opposed to allowing companies to set individual spending limits. Does anyone have any insight into their rationale?
