Yesterday, I went to make a payment at an Amex Travel Office in Las Vegas, NV and, to my surprise, the rep kindly informed me that no Amex Travel Office would be able to accept any card payments as of January 15th, 2010.

It would not be a big deal to the majority of us, however my situation is the following:

I live in Nevada and I occasionally use an International Euro Amex card issued in the UK. I do have a Euro bank account in the UK but it charges me 10 GBP every time I make a transfer in Euros.

Now, I need to look for a Euro bank account that does not charge me fees for Euro transfers. Any suggestions?
