In my experience our OZ flights with baby outstripped our SQ and CX experiences by MILES!

In addition to the advertised priority baggage (our bags were first off the belt at JFK and in HKG) etc etc....we were provided lounge access at all the airports - though this isn't an "advertised" feature of the happy mum service.

On board, the crew were simply fantastic! On the way to JFK the little one slept most of the way. On the way back to HKG, she was very cranky and every time she cried, a crew member was by our seat in seconds - im not kidding - to see if they could help in anyway.

I saw the carseat that they provide and it's a britax forward-facing seat but its definitely more for kids 9 months+. We used our own sit-and-stroll with no problems whatsoever.

Awesome experience and kudos to the crew!
