Hm...

On the ShebaMiles site it says:

"ShebaMiles members can accumulate Miles on LH flights operated by LH only (excluding Code share flights with LH except ET) in to their ShebaMiles account."

The way I read it, it doesn't sound like you can accrue ShebaMiles unless you're booked on a LH flight number or a codeshare with an ET flight number. Though I could be interpreting it wrong.
