Just received the most non-committal email I've ever read from AC CR on this issue:

"Thank you for your email regarding the Washington National Airport Authorities' decision to have Air Canada switch terminals. We have received much feedback on this recent development.

Feedback is important as it enables us to monitor the quality of our products and services. Please be assured we have documented your comments so they may be internally reviewed.

We appreciate the time you have taken to write and thank you again for contacting our office."
