I have a Reward Plus account which allows me to get 4 extra accounts for no charge. Since I can legally get an additional AMEX card for anyone for no charge on demand, if I wanted to transfer MR points to that new persons account, I'm wondering if they would make me get the AMEX account first before I could link and transfer, or waive that and transfer immediately?
