Are you entering an AA pnr or a BA one?
They are NOT the same. BA should be able to give you the AA pnr. AA should be able to give you the BA pnr.
Sorry, see that you purchased on AA.com, so an AA number should do it.
There won't be any BA PNR, nor could BA help, as this booking has nothing to do with BA.
I just today had something similar with AA segments on a RTW ticket (bought from AA). My BA & QF reservations are happily showing up in BA's MMB, under their BA PNR. They can also be seen, using the BA PNR, on checkmytrip.com, which is based, AFAIK, on Amadeus PNRs. My AA reservations, however, don't show there.
When I move over to the US version of AA.com, quoting the AA PNR, as well as both first & last names, lo & behold, everything is there. As it's AA-ticketed & I'm using the AA RTW desk to make the reservations, I guess their PNR is the master from which the others are derived.
