Have you read the Centurion benefit list? NW is not involved. It's 2nd level on DL, CO and US.

Also it's top level with Hyatt & Starwood, 2nd leve with Hilton, and bottom level with Intercontinental. And good stuff with Avis and Hertz. And much more...
