Don't people have other things to worry about besides an FA who was tired and dozed off on an int'l flight?
Since it was an international flight and the FA was in her jump seat, not in a designated crew rest area, this means that she was supposed to be on duty. If on-duty cabin crews should be allowed to get away with such behavior, then why minimum cabin crew requirements in the first place, which is larger on int'l flights. Heck, let's just start staffing widebody aircraft with only 3 FAs now, LOL. But seriously, the FAA has created specific regulations for safety reasons. Can you imagine what would have happened on the United flight that hit severe turbulence a few years ago if all the on-duty FAs were napping and not even properly buckled onto their jump seats? More people would have been hurt for sure.

Another thing to consider is that on international flights, crews get longer layovers and thus can get adequate sleep.
