Found a fraud charge on my Corp PLat card, from a food establishment . Proceeded to Amex Plat service . Some rep ,after hearing from me that I haven't any made charges there in over 6 months,proceeded to defend the establishment,saying that Amex hasn't had any bad charges from them and I should check my records. Well after much talking ,this yo-yo Amex rep did issue a new card ,but wouldn't remove the fraud charge of 177.00.Only after another call did Amex do their job and remove the fraud charge .Funny I can recall Amex was owed .88 cents on my accounts. I even got a dunning letter to pay up. I guess Amex's .88 is more important than someone else's money.
