Even Qantas hasn't fully caught up with the changes on their website.

There is still at least one table showing the incorrect classification for R, https://www.qantas.com.au/fflyer/dyn/program/classTypes as well as at least one report that a "Book Now, Pay later" booking in PE was sent itineraries showing R class and First.

Shifting buckets around like this is fraught with risk.
