I love Chez Janou. I go there at least twice on every trip to Paris. The chocolate mousse is to die for-it's served in a big bowl and you can take as much as you want.

I also liked Café des Musées which is on rue de Turenne, about a block from Chez Janou. The Marais is my favorite neighborhood!
