I've flown Shanghai a couple of times. They left on time, arrived on time, the planes were immaculate and the service outstanding. They even served a pretty comprehensive lunch on a two-hour flight, albeit it a very Chinese one. Fortunately, I'm rather fond of dried, salted squid.
