I am missing some status miles from TAP.(TP) Flights taken Dec 17. Flights also taken same day and on same booking with British Midland-Bmi (BD) have posted OK. Travelling companion with LH M&M in the same situation BD miles posted OK, TP miles no!
Miles from TP flights will secure me into E for 2010.
I know I can mail copies of e Ticket / Boarding Pass into AP, however, again based on past experience this can take weeks for credits to be added. Anyone out there know a quicker way? eg FAX?
