The EP line agent turned it over to Delta Risk Management Dept and advised me I should be getting a call from an investigator. My wife is the only person that knows my pin and makes all the reservations....I don't even know how..LOL. She happened to notice my account looked lower than it should. The first problem was miles were not put back in for an award ticket that had to be rescheduled due to conflicts which resulted in a higher mileage cost. The new ticket miles were deducted, but the cancelled ticket was not put back in.
The non-authorized 200,000 mile deduction was made the same date she actually made award ticket reservations. The additional ticket # was in the same sequence of ticket numbers as the ones she made, only about 100#s off for someone with a very strange name who neither of us knows.
I will let you know the results of the investigation.
