Just to update, I today received an e-mail from paypal saying that the money has been deposited into my account.
I did this with the knowledge that I may be paying slightly extra if the CB doesn't go through, however, I'm glad the gamble paid off.
I must say, a big ^ to Jetabroad and Paypal.
